CDM Co-ordinator duties | |||||
Construction Design and management Regulations which sit under the Health and Safety and Work Act impose responsibilities on the Employer and other team members. The responsibilities on the Employer start from the earliest concept stages of the design. We offer to undertake the role of CDM Co-ordinator on projects where we are appointed as project manager. This role intrinsically integrates with the services of project and construction management and allows us as project manager to ensure that all of the duty holders under the CDM Regulations discharge their appropriate duties.

We also offer construction inspections for acquisition and due diligence services. This may include the monitoring of the construction or professional teams during the project, our experience has proved that this is role is often necessary. The role is a management role; we currently do not offer a traditional clerk of works service. We also undertake a review of the completeness and adequacy of construction documents, information, drawings, reports, contracts and warranties that may have been provided as part of the acquisition documentation.

Business or Project Reviews - A peer review of your business providing another and impartial perspective and review of the way your business or projects are operating commercially, the procedures in place and the operation of those procedures. This can extend from advice regarding appropriate record keeping on projects in respect of delays and / or disruption, project administration to clients, consultants and subcontractors, reviews of supply agreements and sub-contract documentation, through to a complete and confidential review of the administration of a particular project or individual subcontractor accounts.
